Kimbel Library is Closed to the Public for Renovation! Kimbel Library was built in 1976, and has seen renovations and repairs over the years, but nothing quite like the overhaul we are about to see. We are excited to grow into our new spaces and level up your library experience!

THIS THURSDAY: Come by the Makerspace with your old jeans, denim jacket or anything else you want to refresh! We have fabric paint, heat transfer designs, and we'll show you how to fix basic tears! This event is open to all CCU students for free! 3:30-5 pm in the Makerspace!
Bryan Information Commons has now reopened. Construction is still taking place on the sidewalk leading into the Lib Jackson side, but the door closer to Thompson library is open.
Bryan Information Commons is currently closed due to an alarm issue. The building is not available to cut through. Thompson Library is open with normal operations. A notice will be sent when the building reopens.
Next Thursday bring your old denim, your torn shirts or your latest thrift find needing a little love and join us for our Upcycling event! We'll have fabric paint, heat transfer printing, and sewing supplies and we'll teach you how to make your old clothes new and fabulous!!
University Libraries will maintain normal hours today and will not close until midnight. We encourage all patrons to use their best judgement when navigating campus in adverse weather conditions.
On Friday, March 13th Thompson Library will be a viewing location for the Presidential Investiture at 10 am. There will be elevated noise in Thompson during the morning. Normal operations will resume in Thompson by 1 pm.

March 2nd-5th Thompson will be open from 8 am - 5 pm. On Friday, March 6th we will be open from 8 am -3:30 pm. On Saturday March 7th we will be closed.
