We are so proud of Tommy Hughes who broke the M60 World HM Record @CoastHalf yesterday- a quick look at the WAVA tables shows time is equivalent of 57:47! @Mo_Farah time equivalent 59:22 on same tables! Hope you’re resting today Tommy but you’re probably not!! 👏🏼
