NEW: A key piece to the rollback on reopening is that high needs students, who went back last week, will still be able to attend. Superintendent @BCassellius says they had roughly 1,300 kids in classrooms yesterday for this, and that will continue.
NEW: @marty_walsh announces they will pause Boston school reopening plan due to increase in positivity rate. They will push back return of K0, K1, K2 students until at least Oct 22.
According to city, the 7 day average of positive COVID19 tests through October 3 led to a 4.1% positivity rate. In past, the Superintendent has said they would scale back if rate went above 4%
