In just 3 years, the U.S. has seen over 400 EV & battery manufacturing facilities announced in the country and with it, the creation of jobs.
With @USDOL, we’ve released guidelines to support the skilled workforce needed in this rapidly growing industry.
I'm with @SecGranholm, @ShawnFainUAW, @GovWhitmer, and @RepSlotkin to announce new training guidelines for apprentices and workers looking to get into battery manufacturing.
This will prepare workers to get into good jobs while working towards the clean energy transition.
