The engagement, which forms part of the present administration’s policy on transparency, inclusiveness, and youth participation, provided an avenue for meaningful interaction between the Board and youth representatives across the country.
Speaking during the session, the Secretary to the Board emphasized the commitment of the Board to ensuring a credible, transparent, and merit-based recruitment process into the:

He noted that the sensitization programme was designed to educate Nigerian youths on the official recruitment procedures, application requirements, and the importance of avoiding fraudulent activities and misinformation during recruitment exercises.
The programme featured an interactive session where participants asked questions and received clarifications on issues relating to recruitment processes, eligibility criteria, transparency mechanisms, and equal opportunities for all qualified Nigerians.
