The death gun salute marking the passing of Her Majesty The Queen by 7th Parachute Regiment Royal Horse Artillery from Colchester Garrison took place today.
It was a fitting tribute to our longest reigning monarch, Queen Elizabeth II.

A Death Gun Salute to mark the passing of Her Majesty The Queen will take place at 1pm today at Colchester Cricket Ground, Lower Castle Park. A shot will be fired for each year of life.
Access is restricted, members of the public can watch from the perimeter of the ground.
