The agent is still up a few days later, still running live on Hyperliquid. The screen below is the live book. Every position is a short on a token that just spiked, which is the part people don't believe works until they see it. Still torn on open sourcing it. It runs on Claude Opus 4.8 reading ChainGPT signals, and the keys never leave your machine, so the only real question is whether everyone running the same strategy kills the edge. Would you actually use this if I put it out?
A self-custodial AI agent I built is up ~30% trading live on Hyperliquid this week. Small sample, means nothing yet, but here's what's under it. We already had AI at @Chain_GPT that flags bullish/bearish signals on tokens and one that price-predicts bluechips like $BTC with ML. The problem I kept seeing was that people have the data and still don't know how to turn it into actual trades. So I wired our API into Claude Opus 4.8 and let it trade those signals. I hold the keys the whole time, it just decides and executes. Up about 30% in a few days. Could reverse tomorrow, not advice. Worth open sourcing so anyone can run their own?

Building apps has never been easier. With Sites, Codex can turn your work, ideas, and plans into an interactive website or app your team can explore, use, and share with a URL. Rolling out to Business and Enterprise plans, before expanding more broadly.

Our models are great at predicting the market, but going from that data to a placed trade could be way easier. So we built an agent to close that gap, and now we're thinking about opening sourcing it. @CEOGuy's demo is the first test in the wild, already up ~30% 👀

If you’re a Claude user and into Crypto, run this one command to unlock capabilities of trading, writing code, building Web3 companies, auditing contracts, lending/borrowing, DeFi, and everything in between. Run: /plugin marketplace add ChainGPT-org/chaingpt-claude-skill

This is the stack those 55 teams are already building on. As of today it installs straight into Claude as a skill, so the model itself can trade, write code, audit Solidity contracts, pull live market signals, generate NFTs, and read crypto news without leaving the chat. Claude does the thinking. ChainGPT gives it hands on-chain. Unlock your Web3 capabilities with ChainGPT and Claude: github.com/ChainGPT-org/chai…
Name another Web3-AI infra play with this many live integrations.

X open-sourced its algorithm a few days ago, so I actually read it. Most of what people repeat about "beating the algorithm" is wrong. The biggest signal isn't likes, it's whether you reply back to the people who reply to you. That alone is worth roughly 150 likes. I didn't change how I write. I just built a Claude skill that checks every post against the real code before I publish. Last few posts hit 500k–1.5M views, proof below. It's free: github.com/ceoguy/x-algorith…

I run an AI company, and we just banned every engineer from writing a single line of code manually. Result: shipping in 2 days what used to take the team a month. Here's exactly what we did 👇

The best way to convince a team is by letting them build something they're passionate about with AI. So I ran a Hackathon internally, guides with the best AI coding methods, prompt templates, and one rule: No manual coding. Claude Code only.

The result? Not a single engineer wants to go back to manual coding. The goal: shipping every 2 weeks what used to take months. We're already 2 sprints in. Human quality. Machine speed. What's the function your team is most resistant to handing to AI? That's where I'd start.
