The future of Atlanta Public Schools is bright! According to the 2025 College and Career Readiness Index data, recently released by the Georgia Department of Education, APS continues to show overall improvement on the CCRPI reporting. The CCRPI includes five components: Content Mastery, Progress, Closing Gaps, Readiness, and – for high schools – Graduation Rate.
APS scored 100 on the Closing Gaps component in elementary schools and improved Readiness and Content Mastery scores at ALL GRADE BANDS! Additionally, students with disabilities and those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds made gains in 11 of 12 areas.

1Barack and Michelle Obama Academy and Springdale Park Elementary both scored 100 in the Progress component!
2Hollis Innovation Academy (middle school) scored a 99.9 on Progress!
3Mary Lin Elementary, Springdale Park Elementary, Virginia-Highland Elementary, and Morningside Elementary all scored a 100 in Content Mastery!
4Coretta Scott King Young Women’s Leadership Academy scored a 100 for Graduation Rate!
