Winner of Heat 1 of Men's final Event at #MeridianRegional is Frederick Husson with a time of 5.19, Basel Qatamesh won Heat 2 but could not beat that time, coming in at unofficial time of 5.43, @antony_monks took a full minute of Qatamesh's time in Heat 3 with a time of 4.43

First Heat done of Event 5 for the women, it looked like Jess Towl was going to get the Heat win, but Thelma Christoforou marched through her OH lunges to pip Towl to the post and get a time of 20.21 #MeridianRegional
