It’s a huge difference maker in attaching talent but also getting the conditioning right. The days of working out of a “Barn” are over if you truly want to do it right.

Been a great trip; sitting here at Broomsedge and waiting for a cell to push through. But while sitting here I had one thought on these 3 new courses I’ve had the pleasure of visiting; they did things right by getting the maintenance facilities done ahead of the other stuff!

Bunkers getting put back together the past couple days. We still have some sand to add to some bunkers, and some liner to replace. Off to a good start though!

One of the tenets of our department is “positivity”, and it’s often said that “if you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.” In light of that notion, sweet gum trees have beautiful color in the fall, and are wonderful for a park or wooded setting. 🤐✌️🫡

Working on a presentation for the @CIGCSA today. As I sort pictures, I’m still amazed at what took place in 2024. A lot of emotions resurfaced thinking about the grind, challenges, rewards and people. Thankful for all our partners in the project. It’s good to have friends
