Trait wise, none of them were generational or elite (besides Tom and
Peytonโs height and Breeโs accuracy)
And still all 3 of these are some of the greatest QBs and football players ever.

What separates us isnโt just helping kids get to the next level for the last 15 plus years.
We have real relationships with coaches because of how consistent weโve done it. Not just one off recruits, itโs multiple QBs at every level.
We never over sell our kids to coaches or parents.
We have lost kids because we have told their parents they arenโt D1 QBs, and thatโs okay.
Not every athlete is going to play D1 and luckily weโve been able to build relationships with coaches at every level.

One of the highest paid football players in the world takes days off to rest and recover.
Yet I have youth QBs who play in three leagues, try to play 5 sports at a time, throw multiple times in a day, etc.
Rest and recovery is a huge part of development!!
Looks like another day off from throwing for #Chargers QB Justin Herbert. Herbert said last week that he would be taking a day off weekly at least through the spring. Rest for the arm and extra focus on footwork.

Coaches will not wait forever and there are 1000 kids at your position who will take that spot.
HS/AAU Track Coachesโผ๏ธStop telling these athletes โyou can get them a better dealโ or โwait later after a few summer meets to sign somewhereโ or my favorite โyou can get them faster this summer for a full rideโ
