Well, it sounds like Twitter has shut down APIs for other Twitter apps—which is disappointing. I have used Tweetbot for years. I guess most of us use the actual apps for other social media, so I get it. That doesn’t make it feel right.

Very few things in life make me as happy as a couple of cups of Cameron’s Highlander Grog Coffee with breakfast every morning. I consider myself blessed to have such obtainable happiness.
I am not bothered by Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter, and I haven’t been very active on this platform. It will be interesting to see how things change as Twitter becomes a privately owned Musk property. Most of my time is on TikTok these days.

When schools closed in March of 2020 and moved to virtual platforms, teachers rushed to find solutions. That is what we do. But we ran a sprint, only to find out that we were actually in a MARATHON. bit.ly/3JZcFPt
Now that the Packers are out, I’d like to see Matthew Stafford win a Super Bowl, though it would be fine to see Josh Allen or Patrick Mahomes win, too. Nothing against Tom Brady, either, but it looks like he will join Aaron Rodgers and sit out the next rounds.

I haven’t been obsessive about football for many years, but I do pay attention to most sports. That said, I’ll always have some interest in the teams of my youth….all from Wisconsin.

We drove by the large fire in Oregon on our way home on vacation (by chance). Yet the smoke is worse here in Wisconsin than it was there! Can you see the smoke in this photo? And it smells like fire outside! Crazy!

Had a good time walking downtown in Columbus, GA. This musical park appears to all be tuned to the pentatonic scale, which makes sense, as the notes will all work together.

Garfield-shaped phones have been polluting the shore of the Finistère coasts of Brittany (France) for 35 years. The reason is due to a container wedged between the rocks that is slowly pouring them into the sea.

On vacation.
As an introvert, I’m thankful that in-person church is no longer doing the “turn and greet your neighbor” part of the service.

This means that YouTube can make money off the backs of the many creators who cannot meet their 1000 subscription and 4000 hours of viewing. Yes, the service is free…but it is esssentially taking money from unpaid workers. Not cool.

This is a big change to YouTube’s terms of service: “YouTube’s right to monetize: YouTube has the right to monetize all content on the platform and ads may appear on videos from channels not in the YouTube Partner Program.”

This isn’t the Twitter Account’s post, but I can think of at least 10 ukuleles more expensive than the rest of these... 1) the 1879 Nunes in the Ukulele Friend collection 2) The Konter Uke ( Martin) And a lot of Moore Bettah and Bruce Petros customs!
