Outstanding day at Exeter Pride today with my husband of 17 years. Everyone should be able to be who they wish to be and love who they want. There is no place for prejudice (implicit or explicit) in our society so everyone keep up the fight.

It's April the 1st but no April fools from me! Today has a different significance for me as 25 years ago I started working at the @RoyalDevonNHS and have had two and a half decades of the privilege of working with outstanding people and treating amazing patients within oncology.

@EdwardJDavey has written to Kemi Badenoch urging her to call on Conservative peers in the Lords to back our fatal motion - which would block the government's plans and reinstate the cancelled local elections.

Great to see our forever friends within the Hongkongers community and many other friends from our diverse communities too.
