Charlie joins us from Seaford Town, where he has worked tirelessly over the past few years, alongside his role as a coach for the University of Brighton men’s teams. As a former Peacehaven youth and U18 player, Charlie knows what it takes to develop young talent and lead a team with passion and dedication. This is an exciting milestone for the club as we enter the Isthmian U18 league for the first time, and we couldn’t be happier to have Charlie at the helm. The team is in safe hands. Throughout their time with Seaford Town FC, Luke and Charlie have shown outstanding commitment, dedication, and passion. They have given countless hours to developing our young players, helping them grow both on and off the pitch, and providing opportunities to progress through the Seaford Town FC pathway into senior football. Their impact on the club has been immense. They have helped create lasting memories, achieved great success, and played a significant role in shaping the future of our football club. While they may have played the odd game themselves along the way, their greatest contribution has been the guidance, support, and encouragement they have given to so many young players. Reece’s Review Following on from Friday's result, today we came away from Oakwood with another huge 3 points in what turned into a 4–6 thriller. That’s now back‑to‑back wins, 6 points from an available 6, and 12 goals scored in two games — which is absolutely fantastic to see. Of course, conceding 7 in 2 games is clearly an area we need to tighten up on, and we’ll address that, but the attacking quality, bravery and belief the lads are showing is exactly what we need at this stage of the season. I’m absolutely buzzing with how the new boys have settled in. They’ve adapted to the way we want to play, bought into the identity of the group, and gelled as a unit far quicker than anyone could have expected. The focus for us now is simple: put as many points on the board as possible and give ourselves the best possible chance in this fight. The games come thick and fast — we’re straight into another massive test on Tuesday away at Selsey before returning home for back‑to‑back fixtures. Hopefully we can see as many of you as possible at the home games, adding to the fantastic away support we’ve had, especially across these last two matches. You’ve been immense. Up the Oakmen. 🌳
