ALT A banner depicting a student sitting at a desk with a computer and an archival folder in front of her. A quote from Laurel Harstine, University of Akron Class of 2021, reads “My time working at the CCHP has been one of my greatest accomplishments while being at The University of Akron. I was able to work hands on with the collections that formed the field of psychology and that is an experience that not very many people will have.”
Congratulations to @Cynthia4APA the newly elected president-elect of the American Psychological Association! I look forward to working with you to enhance the field, improve societal conditions, and promote equity. #thriving#inclusion@APA@JFK4APA

Objects in our collections are meant to be used - this is one of the ways we learn about them! This semester we are hosting Maeve Marino and her @UAkron Native North Americans class for some hands-on learning with the Oak Native American Ethnographic Collection. #Akron#UAkron
