As part of @BrandeisU's @LurieInstitute, we study policies that help people with disabilities and older adults transition to—and stay in—the community.
Our interactive dashboards simplify and visualize data on parents with disabilities and community living services, empowering advocates, policymakers, and researchers to advance disability rights and inclusion. Access the dashboards at: DisabilityDataDashboard.com
ALT A promotional graphic for the Disability Data Dashboard shows a person using a tablet with screens displaying charts, a U.S. map, and data visuals in blue, purple, and white, set on a light blue background with decorative elements. On the bottom-left corner is the "Lurie Center for Disability Policy" logo in blue, and the graphic headline says: "Introducing the Disability Data Dashboard."
ALT Text reads:
Introducing an interactive dashboard to learn more about people with disabilities.
Historically, data about people with disabilities and their experiences has been difficult to access, navigate, and understand. Our interactive data dashboards offer a solution for advocates, policymakers, and researchers, portraying information about parents with disabilities and community living services in visually engaging and easy-to-use ways. We hope these dashboards can serve as an effective tool for disability advocates to further the rights, access, and inclusion of the disability community.
