Time and space seemed to cease and my consciousness saw what lay beyond. I tried to recoil, but was drawn beyond into the vast gulf beyond. #Lovecraft was right! Humanity was not meant to know too much, and I would never be human again.

There is a sickly greenish light coming from under the door. Strange, grotesque noises can be heard from within the room, broken occasionally but the professor's gravely voice, cursing in an obscure language.

The single worst thing about Trump to me will always be how much he's changed people. I've watched friends and relatives become entirely new, worse people in the wake of his political rise. Like it's not merely that he's a terrible guy, it's that he's ruined people.
