Today was twin (triplets for us!) day for 2-2-22 and world read aloud day ๐ I read to a few classes, while some others wanted to read to their friends!

#GenderdifferencesinGT Gender differences in the classroom can impact how students reach their potential. My draw dropped when I read that men apply for jobs when they meet 60% of qualifications, but women apply when the meet 100%.
