New: @Janeese4DC just released an internal poll showing her up by 14 in the mayoral race: her lead stays at 12 even when they run a RCV simulation.
This is quite the change from the public poll of the race, but I will say I’ve heard rumors of private polls with similar results.

Kenneth Brewer diverted $1.2 million of nonprofit funds to himself through improper bonuses.

Why in the heck would @dcdmv issue different license plates with the same numbers? My Mom has low tags issued by the Council and someone else has an another tag with the same number. The traffic cameras keep sending her the other car’s citations! Make it make sense!!

There’s something extremely cynical about McDuffie accusing others of supporting MPD divestment.
He publicly called for divesting from MPD and *voted* to cut millions from MPD’s budget in 2020. Just straight-up hypocrisy.
