We welcomed the @RoyalNavy as members took part in a course to provide them with skills to cook healthier meals.
The course covered nutrition, waste, healthier options, shopping plans and calorie intake. New candidates will join us each month until July 2024.

Over the last two days we've welcomed over 500 P6 pupils to our Riverside campus.
Working with @BuoyedUpLipton and our partners Stena, Stream Marine, Seapak, BAE Systems and V Ships the pupils took part in different activities giving them experience of the Merchant Navy.
