Refund Update: The CONQuest Festival Committee has been working with Digital Payment Partners to verify and process your refunds. Valid local refunds for those who filled up the refund form are being disbursed from June 29 to July 7, 2023 11:59PM GMT 8. Refunds through international banks will be sent on or before August 31, 2023. If you have not received your refund by July 7, 2023, 11:59PM GMT 8, the delay may be due to the following reasons: a. Your account details were incorrect; b. You have not submitted any details for a refund; c. You possess a valid and unused refund code from the event but missed the form submission window, which was open from June 7 to June 16, 2023; or d. There was a transfer error. If your situation falls under A, B, or C, please fill out this form (bit.ly/CQ23FollowUp) by July 13, 2023, 9PM GMT 8. If your situation falls under D, the CONQuest Festival Committee can assist you by cross-checking our records of all transaction statuses. Please send us an email at inquiries@acadarena.com. If you have a valid refund request and believe that none of the above scenarios apply to you, kindly email us at inquiries@acadarena.com. Music Night Partial Refunds For those that paid for Music Night tickets using Maya/Credit Card/Bank payments and have not provided their deposit details, please check the email you used for the purchase, including your Spam folder, for the Music Night Partial Refund Form from HelixPay. Kindly complete the Music Night Partial Refund form by July 14, 2023, 9PM GMT 8 for your refund to be processed. If you have not received the email, please contact us at inquiries@acadarena.com.
