I joined @LHS_Watford as an ECT (NQT back then) in 2001 & have been involved with them, @BFS_Watford (2014) & @CTS_Watford (2016) ever since. The schools across the @inclusiveMAT truly changed my life. You don’t have to stay for 25 years but I promise you it’s worth applying!

My job gives opportunities to work with all sorts of people in all sorts of ways! Today whilst meeting with trustees, I learned more about mergers and modern ballet than I thought I would ever need to know! But more importantly we had a great strategic trust level chat!
