Each week, we’re going to be #HighlightingOurPeersExperience (#HOPE for short!) to celebrate the work of PSWs across the Trust. We are delighted to start this project by introducing you to Hayley, who shares what being a Peer Support Worker means to her. @CPFT_NHS

Living Well With Anxiety - 10th September at 1:30pm - 3:45pm Come and explore why we experience anxiety through an evolutionary perspective, and learn about different tools and techniques we can embed into our day-to-day lives to help us feel in control of our anxiety.
