Still reflecting on the day with @CivilServiceOD_ (yes still, it really takes me that long!) and found this which reminded me of our discussions about the complexity of culture #culturecollab#OD#patterns
For me today #CultureCollab felt like a reaffirmation to listen to stories from across the Civil Service and government but it has made me want to stretch to make sure it’s a more diverse range of voices from a more diverse range of cultures. What a good day, thank you.
