President Trump's $1.776 billion settlement with the IRS is one of the single most corrupt acts in American history. They moved fast to avoid the scrutiny of the judicial process, and very likely violated the Constitution. This is an outrage.

Millions of dollars in corporate donations are funding Trump's Freedom 250 celebration. Many of these corporate donors have business before the government or significant government contracts. Coincidence? We think not. citizensforethics.org/report…

The Trump administration tried to say the Presidential Records Act was unconstitutional, so we sued, and a federal judge ordered them to follow the law. That's a huge win! We’ll keep fighting to ensure this admin can’t operate in secrecy. citizensforethics.org/news/p…

This pardon also brings Trump’s count of second term acts of clemency for corrupt politicians to a dozen. Now that he’s granted twelve corrupt politicians clemency, he’s already let more corrupt politicians off the hook in this term than his first, just a year and a half in.

With these pardons, Trump is sending a clear message that he thinks corruption related crimes do not deserve accountability. We’re here to remind you that this couldn’t be further from the truth. citizensforethics.org/report…
