Thanks to my GP practice for taking my concern about an ear infection and bleeding & discharge seriously, it was checked, ear canal so swollen & inflamed couldn't be fully seen. I know medicine is an art, but sometimes a moment of understanding a patient's experience might help

How did I become hard of hearing? Well, over 40years ago I had bilateral ear infections resulting in my eardrums bursting, repeatedly over the years. Now I advocate for ear health, hearing loss and deafness as CEO of @CumbriaDeaf
