A valuable life lesson I’ve learned from watching a lot of racing…sometimes cutting corners will gain you A LOT of time. But if you do, you have to make sure there isn’t a big ass sausage curb at the Apex.

This seems to be the only real damage at the launch complex after flight 12. I'm not entirely sure what could have caused this because it seems to have been a high energy event inside of the structure. If the primary control system for the integration tower is in here, then we may finally have an answer for why the Chopsticks were stuck at the top of the tower for several days. 📸: @RGVaerialphotos

For the record, I’m not completely sold on these two situations being related. Mostly because I would expect that control system to be inside the base of the integration tower

My goodness! That looks like Armageddon! That's certainly going to be a difficult setback for New Glenn. I hope everyone was okay! 🎥: @SpaceflightNow

The first job for this barge will likely be to bring a pair of ship and booster transport stands down to Florida. The following return trip is probably when the first booster will actually leave.
The new SpaceX Starship and Booster transport barge "You'll Thank Me Later" has arrived at the Port of Brownsville today. This will be used to transport Starships and Boosters from Starbase, TX to Cape Canaveral, FL. 5/27/26

Looking at Flavio you would think Gucci was already the title partner.

It’s difficult to put accurate numbers to this, but after reviewing every single deluge test (there were 36 tests leading up to flight 12) it seems like Starships deluge system is capable of draining 16 Olympic swimming pools in roughly 10 minutes.

I use 16 swimming pools because that’s the estimated volume of how much water they ejected out of the launch mount leading up to flight 12. 10.6 million gallons.

Really odd seeing the chopsticks still stuck in this position. I wonder if they just left them up there for the holiday weekend or if there is actually an issue with them. Those shock waves were no joke. 📸: @NASASpaceflight

Well, I didn’t think it was possible to top Miami but that was a fantastic race if you ignore the insane spread throughout the midfield. Kimi is basically unstoppable…

Hard to find an angle where it doesn’t look like the launch deck deluge system cut out early. Damn prop farm venting covered the entire deluge farm in a thick ground hugging cloud at the worst possible time.

Has anyone posted a view of the launch from this angle yet ? Asking for a friend.

After the launch broadcast, I apparently remain the sole source of info about the gas generators. So that’s cool I guess. Rushed the video out for no reason lol.

I really thought they were going to brag about that system early in the broadcast. Didn’t expect it to get zero recognition considering how important it is.
