Hey @Matthewc300 & @anydesk We regularly get customers who have been scammed and Anydesk was the Remote Acces tool of choice. How do we go about reporting these Anydesk IDs as victims of scams to get the scammers banned from Anydesk?

I played along with a @Visa scam today and got the details of a money mule. I tried to report this mule to @HSBC_UK and they were not interested. They'd "have to speak to the customer" i.e. the mule. Please train your fraud intelligence people to have some intelligence.
