Jarvis's main project involves learning how various sociodemographic factors influence the association between exposure to heavy metals and risks of developing cancer. Currently, he is analyzing the associations between arsenic exposure and incidence of bladder cancer.

In the Sulchek Lab, Corinne (a biomed eng major) is working on a microfluidic device to perform cell buffer exchange, which could potentially replace the typical centrifugation technique used for cell washing and concentration with a more streamlined method for cell mfg.
