Sure hope the βonly apply the one-time transfer limitation to men's basketball and football players in the power four leaguesβ gets rejected.
Why help P4 roster stability with transfer limitations while allowing the G6 and FCS to continue getting poached? It used to be (before lawsuits) transferring up resulted in having to sit out a year (besides grad transfers), while transferring down you could play right away.
Lawmakers have filed dozens of proposed amendments to the Protect College Sports Act ahead of Thursdayβs markup session.
Some of the most notable proposals are attached, per copies obtained by @YahooSports. Many of these will be rejected. Some may not even be heard Thursday.

The NCAA DI Cabinet will meet next week to vote to grant both North Dakota St and Sac St immediate postseason eligibility. The FBS Oversight Committee approved the proposal in May & the Cabinet is likely to give final approval next week.
