The 2024 Canadian Mountain Running Championships will accept a total of 20 athletes to its ELITE PROGRAM, spanning both the Vertical and Classic races. Selected runners, including non-Canadians, will have their registration fees will be refunded. (1 of 2)

The Championships will feature two races:
- The 50km Trail Race on a course that winds through some of the most scenic and challenging terrain in the region and boasts more than 2,300m of elevation gain
- The Classic Up and Down, a 10k event with 420m of elevation gain.
