The Connecticut Mirror reported that same-sex marriages in Connecticut grew by about 32% from 2023 to 2024, well above the national rate. As the second state to legalize same-sex marriage and one of the most welcoming states for LGBTQ people, this is great news for CT. 🌈

This morning we were able to return Cannoli to his ocean home!
In April, our team rescued an entangled young gray seal on Block Island. Due to the severity of the injury and limited ferry schedules the US Coast Guard assisted in transporting the seal to Mystic Aquarium for care.
