Life has been lifting but I’m still running, just haven’t posted in a while.Glad to get out with my baby girl today for the O’Hartford 5k. We were late so the roads were already closed to so we had to run to the starting line but made it in the nick of time! #running #runningdad

Wide and I are spending some QT in Mystic for the weekend with no kids. Went out for a beautiful run this am! It was chilly but nice. However, my right knee is bothering my after our messages. Bizarre. #running #runningdad

What a great run today! I swear I didn’t want to go but the weather was perfect,the run was great except when my GPS lost satellite connection at mile 6/7. All of us who ran during the summer month, we earned these cooler temp runs and now the beach. #running #runningdad #10miles
