Our @CU_EARTH Year 1 students are at Barry Island today, looking at the rocks and landforms and using these to think through the processes that have shaped this landscape and the incredible journey that Barry has been on over the last ~340 million years.

The students had an incredible week visiting reservoirs, water treatment works, wastewater treatment works, laboratories, sampling on the Rivers Wye and Ogmore, and much more, hearing from the experts about the "gold standard" in water supply from source to sink.
