I have been a @coolideas_ZA customer over 3 years with perfect speeds and since @vumatel @coolideas_ZA doubled the speeds, the service has been inconsistent, unreliable and nowhere close to double as advertised. Canβt wait to go back to the speed we pay for #EpicFail #badservice
