The announcement, played repeatedly is stating that they are in violation of [?] disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace, ordering protesters to immediately disperse or they will be subject to arrest. 2/ #Baltimore

I know too many people who sacrifice and dedicate their lives to improving Baltimore to be paralyzed by challenges. But, we don't have to just "get through this." Let's get to a whole NEW place of racial equity, transparency and justice. It's time. Baltimore deserves it.

Citizens are asking for a different relationship with police, including greater transparency, yet the process to find the right leader to get us there has been the exact opposite. We can do better! #Baltimore

You know, stepping back, this is tragic. Citizens are being asked to give comment on a commissioner they weren't a part of choosing and haven't met; who the mayor hasnt tried to sell them on; while he is in Texas with an ailing child undergoing surgery
