Cabletree have been working with our customer on their #electric scooters. We were thrilled to see the three-wheeled E-scooter at the trade show; our sales Sergey jumped on the E-bandwagon to support the ESG activities in #Taiwan.

Tips For Improved Cable Assembly Design
From Cooler Cao, Engineering Manager, Cabletree Industrial Company
If your cable is using obscure parts, check availability and pre-buy what is needed to ensure they are in stock at the contract assembly company
The operating environment for a custom-made cable assembly is critical in the design. For example, cable assemblies that are used in extreme environments will need to resist industrial chemicals, high temperature and UV sunlight.
Tips For Improved Cable Assembly Design
If you use overmolding, allow enough time to have the proper injection molds manufactured. Typical lead times are from 7–15 weeks. Once finished, there are no changes that can be easily made. You need to get it right the first time.
Tips For Improved Cable Assembly Design
Tip #7: Always design with the appropriate safety and regulatory requirements for the cable assembly in mind. Ensure compliance with RoHS; compliance to UL or CSA may be required for your assembly certification.
Despite all the adversity in 2020, we shipped over 200 different cables to our customers.
Thank you to all of our customers who made 2020 a great year for Cabletree!
