Excellent transplant outcomes in patients with Fontan circulation, including those with SVAD pre-transplant. Early referral, pre-transplant optimisation and the involvement of the ACHD Cardiologist and ACHD surgeons are key for a successful outcome. journals.sagepub.com/doi/epu…
