▪️Don't revoke OGL 1.0a
▪️Make OGL 1.2 truly irrevocable & royalty-free
▪️Give creators a right to defend against bad-faith morality clause claims
▪️Don't suppress VTTs
▪️Use a standard severability clause

We have feedback on the draft OGL 1.2. Without engagement from @Wizards_DnD with creators who would be accepting that license, a survey may be closer to an appeal to the community for permission rather than a desire to iterate together.

After taking some time to think about the new update on the OGL 1.2 I want to spend some time talking about one key issue for me.
@Wizards_DnD is trying to control people. Not other companies, that seems to be everyone's focus, no, people, players and users.

How DARE you, a company that is doing ALL of this, solely for the purpose of bullying people, somehow try to justify their bullying behaviour with the moral high ground.

Nothing about the new statement from @DnDBeyond changes anything. We still don't know what OGL 2.0 contains exactly and if there is any clause that they can change it at any time for any reason with notice, then it's pointless.
