When Pant is out:
He immediately plays Ishan Kishan and gives him the gloves ahead of KL Rahul.
This behaviour is enough evidence that Gambhir dislikes Pant.

Rishabh Pant didn't got any chance and was sitting on the bench for 2 years but Ishan comes straightaway in the playing XI after getting selected, now they don't have any problem playing 2 WK in the squad. Poor Pant was the victim of politics inside the team.
