UAB @UAB_FB long snapper @CalebMoser8 made the trip to Eau Claire WI to chase perfection. Caleb came wanting to see what he could improve to help him have even more success. One of the first things we noticed was that his right hand was taking over way more than it should through the throw. While Caleb was still throwing a spinning ball, we saw that it was tilted and would cause the ball to pull to the right every once in a while. Most might brush this off as a non issue, but it can turn into a bigger an issue very quickly. We focused on modifying his grip slightly to allow both hands to be balanced and work together. This allowed him to finish balanced as well! If you start balanced, you can end balanced. After that we focused on body control and efficiency. You’ll never get worse being MORE controlled, MORE efficiency, and MORE balanced.
