Here is the part of today's order where Judge Graf accepted the stipulation of the media and the parties that nobody should be allowed to view or copy the exhibits admitted at the preliminary hearing. Under this ruling, we will only see the exhibits if the parties choose to publish them in open court, which the State has already indicated it does not intend to do with items like the autopsy report or the recorded interview of Lance Twiggs.
Bottom line here is it looks like the defense is getting what they want in terms of keeping much of the evidence from the public until trial, regardless of whether the cameras are present or not.
