@elonmusk In South Africa, when you were 14, you asked me to buy stock in a company you really believed in. My stockbroker friend said it’s a bad idea, so I only bought R1000 (similar to $1000 at that time), which is the maximum amount I was willing to lose.
Since I’ve been asked a lot:
Buy stock in several companies that make products & services that *you* believe in.
Only sell if you think their products & services are trending worse. Don’t panic when the market does.
This will serve you well in the long-term.
