Last week at Homecoming for TTW, he spoke about the rise of the one person company.
What's discussed less is whether maximizing efficiency should be the only goal.
The best companies aren't just products. They're groups of people solving hard problems together.
Technology may let us build with fewer people, but that doesn't necessarily make it better.
