Looking for advice/resources from open source contributors and project organizers on things like communication, code of conduct, common pitfalls, how to be helpful and accessible to contributors, etc. Total newbie to this stuff

I haven’t posted an update for a while on @GatewayBrowser (part bc it’s been very unglamorous research and experimentation, part bc I don’t like posting on Twitter), but I’m going to start taking the time to focus on organization/communication infrastructure
