The survival rate after a sudden Cardiac arrest outside of hospital is only 3%. Whereas when a Defibrillator is used, this increases to 47%

💸 At a Council meeting last night, Cardiff Labour refused to rule out a congestion charge for our capital.
🤝 High streets across Wales are struggling and need a friend.
❌ Sadly, Cardiff Labour have proven themselves unwilling to be that friend.

Public Health Wales has apologised and admitted it hasn't done enough to explain the reasons for increasing the gap between cervical screening appts in Wales from 3 to 5 years. A petition against the change has gained more than 120k signatures in less than 24 hours @ITVWales
