A major charity golf day organised by Cramlington & Wansbeck Rotary Club and Morpeth Rotary Club raised over £8,000 for the MND Association. 246 golfers took part across three Northumberland courses on Friday 29th May, 2026. A big thank you to all those that supported the day.

Another milestone reached with over £18,000 raised for the @BrightIntl20 charity by our wonderful knitters. It's an awfull lot of knitting to get to this amount and thanks go to each and every one for their dedication and hard work.

We are all looking forward to the annual golf day at Newbiggin Golf Club, the proceeds go to support our annual Youth Draw and @stoswaldsuk. Plenty of prizes on offer. It's a great coastal course well worth a visit if you haven't played there before.

Yesterday members of the Rotary Club were pleased to visit Wansbeck Gymnastics and Trampolining Club to hand over stools and chairs to help furnish their balcony viewing area. @WansbeckGC are doing a great job providing super facilities for all ages.

We recently learned that Eastlea Primary School in Cramlington had lost their Polytunnels in Storm Eowyn.
We were pleased to visit earlier this month and present a cheque for £200 to assist in replacing them. We attended their assembly on Friday and were made very welcome.
