I use crab, mustard of choice, mayo, old bay, pepper, little bit of salt, chili powder, smoked paprika, hot sauce of choice( i normally go with old bay hotsauce,) mix it together, fill the eggs, and the old bay goes on top not in it. It is customizable to your liking.
