First day of the @CanteraSoftware Workshop at the 2022 International Symposium on Combustion down! It was a productive day showcasing the latest methods for solving challenging combustion problems. This open-source project has come a long way, and I'm excited about its future.

Attending the 2022 International Symposium on Combustion this July in Vancouver BC? The Cantera team will be running a workshop intended for new and advanced users alike!
It will run Friday July 22 and Sat July 23.

The Friday afternoon session will cover topics for more advanced users (building your own reactor models, electrochemistry models, parallelization), while Saturday morning will introduce Cantera.
Saturday afternoon will be code sprints and a poster session, open to all.
The Cantera team is proud to announce the release of Cantera 2.6.0! There have been over 1400 commits to Cantera since the last version, 2.5.1, which was released in February 2021. More details of the new features are available in the release notes github.com/Cantera/cantera/r….
