$XAUm is now collateral on @CapApp, the first tokenized real-world asset accepted in their system. Gold isn't just a store of value anymore. It's becoming the collateral layer of on-chain credit markets. This is exactly the infrastructure expansion $XAUm needs. More use cases, more composability, more liquidity all of which flows back into the GoldFi ecosystem Creek is building on top of. x.com/CapApp/status/20646866…

From reserve asset to trusted on-chain collateral. $XAUm’s integration on @CapApp unlocks new utility for $XAUm holders, creating new on-chain credit use cases for tokenized gold while demonstrating how high-quality RWAs can operate interoperable financial infrastructure. Looking forward to building the next chapter of RWA utility. $XAUm.

@CapApp is different from the usual defi lending market By finding willing collateral providers, hedge funds can now tap into uncollateralized loans at competitive rates Gold owners can now earn yield purely by providing collateral - reducing counterparty risk to the single institutional borrower New utility unlocked âś… one protocol at a time

If DeFi is to become the future of finance, we need to escape the circular economy of crypto yield Today, we’re giving tokenized gold holders that opportunity, by importing yield from the real economy At Cap, gold can underwrite USD loans to any industry (manufacturing, fintech, film production, etc) in exchange for a premium This gives gold holders access to sustainable yield that is not bound by crypto cycles

This is bigger then people realize. Integrating RWAs including GOLD opens a tremendous amount of low risk premium collateral to fund loans. We already have tremendous unsecured borrow demand and this is a big step towards fulfilling those loans. Cap on top

Yes, you can have "win-win" scenarios. This is how Cap is addressing the Principal-Agent Problem, by aligning incentives between decision makers and depositors.
